A Family Getaway Worth Remembering
We enjoyed a relaxing stay, with spacious rooms and friendly staff. The kids loved the indoor pool, and the food from The Happy Chef was good!
Checking out was frustrating due to a payment mishap that took a long time to resolve. It really put a damper on our otherwise pleasant experience.

Liked it. The hotel was perfect in general, had welcoming staff in the reception desk. The venue was placed 9 miles away from the airport.

The spacious two-bedroom unit in Ortigas Center was perfect for my needs, and the staff quickly addressed my requests. The bath amenities were lacking.

We had a two room suite and it had loads of space. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location is good, walking distance from a number of Malls etc but the road outside is very busy and not the easiest to cross. I would recommend it as I've stayed in out hotels locally but this was the best for us.

The location in Ortigas Center is
Ideal, as everything I needed was within walking distance. The room was spacious and comfortable, but I did notice some outdated furniture that could use an upgrade. The staff were responsive to my requests.

Room spacious and clean
The breakfast food was boring, pretty much the same items every day. We stayed for 12 days so it got pretty boring for us. The items on your menu are very expensive, more than what we would pay for food in a hotel in the US. $18 for a pizza that was the worst pizza I ever ate. th echees was parmasian (no mozerella) and the crust tasted like a big giant cracker. Again reduce the cost and make the food more appealing, you will have more orders.. Also you charged too much for internet usage and laundry services. For a business long term travelor you should include internet services.

This wasn't what I expected, Good or Bad?
The location is perfectly situated for shopping, and the spacious 3-bedroom suite was an excellent choice for our family. The staff was accommodating and helpful throughout our stay.
The maintenance of the suite felt somewhat dated.

We stayed in both towers at Linden. There was enough space outside of the bedroom of the one- (or two-) bedroom suites, unfortunately, the bedroom itself is quite small. It was very well kept and the staff are quite attentive. Linden does not provide face towels in the bathrooms but were made available upon request.
the wardrobe contained a bath robe and a pair of slippers though they cannot assume that there is only one guest staying all the time. at both check-ins we had to request for these extra things for the other occupant.

The motel was fine, I had not read the fine print about tax charges and was a bit disappointed to know that it would be so much more than I had planned on.
